Wassup y'all.. I hope everybody doin' well. These past few days having been trying with some of the Tulipz ladies. I had to let someone go from the squad and TBH if I don't see some improvement in attitudes it might be some following. One thing I am not about is DRAMA. At the end of the day this is all business, not personal. A lot of these ladies were friends of mine before working together and I can see where it could go bad now. I didn't even imagine how being a boss could impact my personal relationship, but I guess it's part of the job. So since these "incidents" I have been trying to relax and clear my mind with some K. Michelle music. She always has a way of relaxing me and helping me think straight if that makes sense to any of you. I guess all I'm trying to say is... Success comes with its consequences. I'm totally focused on my business and how Tutu and I are going to take it to the next level. My time is not for the petty bullshit so from now on I have a "take it or leave it" attitude because I know that I'm doing and saying what i need to be great and ain't no stopping me.
